The total number of single-family homes sold in the first nine months of 2026 is 1598 an increase of 15% compared to 2025 at this time. 47% of these 2026 sales are between $1,000,000 - $2,000,000. 15% sold off market and 35% were all cash. The overall median sale price for single-family homes in 2026 increased to $1,800,000 compared to $1,695,000 at the close of 2025. An increase of 6%. The median days on market for a single-family home in the first nine months decreased to 15 days compared to 21 days at the close of 2025.
